So I showed him this little number. The Maxpedition Colossus Versipack is large yet manageable. It has main and secondary compartments, each filled to the gills with internal poskets and dividers. You can put you diapers, bottle, sippy cup, cheerio container and much more inside.
The best part of this bag is that it is totally customizable! You can attach a multitude of various pouches of different shapes and sizes to the outside and inside.
