Bodylastics Resistance Bands

Bodylastics Resistance Bands

OK, I picked up some resistance bands a few days ago to give them a shot. I used to think the only way you could get a good workout was to go to a gym and use some cardio machines and fre weights. So I was skeptical about these resistance bands, but then again didn’t have time to go to a gym everyday and needed a good workout. These bands really kicked me in the behind. Yeha, Yeah… I’ve been out of the gym for a little while. However, now I don’t think I’ll ever need to go back. There are so many exercises you can do with these things to keep you fit, its truely incredible. I do get a little nervous about bands breaking and read plenty of reviews out there. I could find anyone saying that this brand broke on them. They even come with a liftime warranty! I wouls still recommend inspecting them before each use, just to make sure.

Another cool aspect about these, is that the whole system is compact and can easily fit inside a suitcase. I’m not sure you would be able to bring them in your carry on bag, but if you want to take this with you and not worry about finding a gym on that next business trip, you can do it. I’ll be going on a small overnight stay this weekend, and these will definitely accompany me.

Nausea Wrist Bands

Nausea Wrist Bands

For years i’ve been using those ugly grey cloth accupressure wrist bands to control motion sickness and nausea. This bands are totally updated for todays travelers! I only wish I thought of this idea myself. They are totally styling now and you won’t get those “what the…is he wearing?!? looks” They are so stylish and with all those jelly bands out there people won’t even notice. What I also like about these is since they aren’t cloth they will last a long time. Why not even where them when your kids are learning to drive..lol
Enjoy!
